Split build into modern and classic targets to allow building both "flavors" on separate machines.

This is done since I only have a VM for building the "classic" projects, and I build the "modern" projects on my main development box.
Use tokens for replacing the version and copyright in the nuspec.

* Change Renci.SshNet project into SDK-style project supporting .NET 3.5, .NET 4.0; .NET Standard 1.3, .NET Standard 2.0.
* Remove .NET 3.5 project.
* Remove .NET 3.5 test project.
* Refactor away .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.0 specific source files.
* Remove .NET Core project.
* Add VS 2019 solution.
* Use VS 2019 image and solution file in AppVeyor.
* Run tests against multi-target framework test project.
* No need to shutdown socket when client disconnects.

We have to use a minimalistic BouncyCastle Import for ECDH, since Microsoft's
System.Security.Cryptography is not usable in this case.
ECDiffieHellmanCng.DeriveKeyMaterial() already does the hashing and it's not
possible to get the unhased key material for further processing.

* Introduce a ChannelCloseTimeout property on ConnectionInfo that allows you to control how long you want to wait for the server to send a SSH_MSG_CHANNEL_CLOSE. The default value is 1 second.
* Use the newly introduced TryWait on Session with ChannelCloseTimeout as timeout in Channel to avoid throwing an exception when the server does not send a SSH_MSG_CHANNEL_CLOSE.
