Add Support for ECDSA Host- and Private-Keys

Also known as:
- ecdsa-sha2-nistp256
- ecdsa-sha2-nistp384
- ecdsa-sha2-nistp521

Basically it translate between SSH-Data and Microsoft Crypto API.
