Ben Duncan ee0b92c192 refactor: rename config files, paths, and env vars from hive to spinifex 
- Rename hive.toml template → spinifex.toml
- Update all default paths: /etc/hive → /etc/spinifex, ~/hive → ~/spinifex
- Rename all HIVE_* env vars → SPINIFEX_* (SetEnvPrefix, BindEnv calls)
- Update nats.conf template server_name
- Update admin.go init/join commands for new paths and names
- Update paths.go, paths_test.go, config.go, config_test.go

Ben Duncan 00f5b6590e refactor: rename CLI binary to spx and update all command names 
- Makefile: GO_PROJECT_NAME → spx, update build/test/dist paths
- root.go: Use → spx, update branding to Spinifex
- service.go: hive/hive-ui commands → spinifex/spinifex-ui
- Service name constants: hive → spinifex, hive-ui → spinifex-ui
- Update service_test.go switch cases

- Update package declarations and all internal import paths
- Update service.go switch cases for new service names

Bulk rename github.com/mulgadc/hive → github.com/mulgadc/spinifex
across go.mod and all 178 Go files (~411 import occurrences).

Julian Sommer 4152e4422f chore: remove redundant x/net/http2 and automaxprocs deps 
ForceAttemptHTTP2 + NextProtos ALPN already handle HTTP/2 on Go 1.22+.
Go 1.25+ runtime is container-aware for GOMAXPROCS by default.

Julian Sommer 0853eb5068 fix: return error from GenerateNATSToken instead of panicking 
Same pattern as H-5 — crypto/rand failure caused a panic. Now returns
(string, error) so callers can handle it gracefully.
