refactor: rename CLI binary to spx and update all command names

- Makefile: GO_PROJECT_NAME → spx, update build/test/dist paths
- root.go: Use → spx, update branding to Spinifex
- service.go: hive/hive-ui commands → spinifex/spinifex-ui
- Service name constants: hive → spinifex, hive-ui → spinifex-ui
- Update service_test.go switch cases
