## Embedded Swagger/OpenAPI 2.0 endpoint
The endpoint`/specs` has been added to retrieve API specifications from the Ziti Controller. The specifications
are specific to the version of the controller deployed.
The main endpoint to retrieve the Swagger/Open API 2.0 specification is: `/specs/swagger/spec`
* Endpoint: /specs
* Supported operations
* Detail: GET /specs/<spec-id>
* Get Spec: GET /specs/<spec-id>/spec
* List: GET /specs/
* Properties
* Transit Routers support the standard properties (id, createdAt, updatedAt, tags)
* name - Type string - the and intent of the spec

1. Policies would accept entity references with names as well as ids. So you could use `@ssh`, for example when referencing the ssh service. These now also only accept ID
