Step 3 of docs/development/improvements/e2e-go-harness.md. Replaces 1246 lines of bash with a typed Go scenario exercising all 4 LB variants (ALB/NLB × internet-facing/internal) against a shared VPC + app instance pool. Internet-facing phase auto-skips when no peer node is configured; internal phase always runs. Adds shared harness primitives: - harness/aws.go: AWS SDK client factory wired to Spinifex AWS gateway - harness/lb.go: WaitForLBActive, WaitForTargetsHealthy, WaitForENICleanup, WaitForInstanceRunning/Terminated, InstanceENI - harness/traffic.go: HTTPRoundRobin, TCPRoundRobin, distribution asserts - harness/ssh.go: minimal peer SSH wrapper shelling out to /usr/bin/ssh (replaced by typed x/crypto/ssh client hoisted from DDIL in mulga-siv-74) User-data scripts embedded via //go:embed under lb/testdata/. Bash script stays in place for one CI cycle before deletion.
