chore: pin predastore to the bucket sub-resource dispatch fix (#1074)

Browse Source 
Every deployed binary links whatever go.mod pins, so the routing fix for bucket sub-resources is absent from the gateway until this moves. Without it a provider-level default_tags block still leaves no bucket creatable by Terraform.
