refactor: rename CI/CD workflows from hive to spinifex

Browse Source 
- Rename hive.yml → spinifex.yml
- Update workflow names, path triggers, working directories
- Update release.yml tarball references
- Update e2e.yml test paths
- Update ui.yml frontend paths
