fix: add missing puddle/v2 dependency for pgxpool

The Ochre vector store change imported github.com/jackc/pgx/v5/pgxpool
without running go mod tidy, so github.com/jackc/puddle/v2 was absent
from go.mod and go.sum. Any build under -mod=readonly failed, breaking
the multi-node E2E job at 'go test -c'. Also promotes pgx/v5 from the
indirect block, since it is imported directly.
