fix(ui): hide log service chips on single-service stacks (#1689)
Service chips only differentiate multi-service or multi-container log streams. Gate rendering with the same layout criterion already used in stack details, while keeping parsed prefixes and download attribution intact. |

fix: UI polish - tooltips, masthead, tabs, settings, and layout consistency (#1563)
* fix: increase masthead rail shimmer visibility Bumped shimmer highlight opacity from 25% to 50% and reduced animation duration from 11s to 5s, matching the login page AuthCanvas shimmer precedent (via-white/60 at 4.5s). * fix: reduce masthead rail opacity to match login page pattern Changed all MastheadRail background classes from 100% to 70% opacity (bg-brand → bg-brand/70, etc.) so the shimmer highlight reads as a surface reflection rather than a detached floating bar. Matches the AuthCanvas login card precedent. * fix: improve masthead rail glow visibility Replaced the invisible inset box-shadow glow (10px blur inside a 3px element) with a white overlay that pulses opacity 0.15-0.55 over 4s. Sped up glow animation from 5.5s to 4s for a more noticeable breath. * fix: replace cursor-follow tooltip with standard Radix tooltip in sidebar rows Replaced the Cursor/CursorFollow animate-ui primitives in StackRow with the standard Radix Tooltip/TooltipTrigger/TooltipContent already used throughout the app. The custom cursor dot that followed the mouse is gone; tooltips now appear as static popovers on hover/touch. * fix: wrap tooltip icon triggers in span for Radix compatibility TooltipTrigger asChild requires a native element to forward props. Lucide icon components did not reliably receive data-state and event handlers, so tooltips on the check-failed and git-pending indicators did not open. Wrapped each icon in a span. * fix: rename Notification Routing to Routing in settings sidebar * fix: replace Timeline/All tasks buttons with SegmentedControl The two loose Button elements had indistinguishable selected/unselected states (secondary vs ghost). Replaced with the SegmentedControl component already used elsewhere on the same page, which has a clear active highlight indicator. * fix: standardize Blueprint empty state headings to font-heading Replaced manual font-serif [font-style:var(--heading-style)] with the font-heading class on the main heading and three step titles so the Deployments empty state follows the same heading convention as the rest of the app and respects the Calm/Signature theme toggle. * fix: remove custom tooltip styling, use standard TooltipContent defaults The RowTooltip wrapped its label in a font-mono text-stat-value span instead of using the TooltipContent base styling (text-xs text-popover-foreground) like every other tooltip in the app. * Revert "fix: remove custom tooltip styling, use standard TooltipContent defaults" This reverts commit |

fix: make Reduced motion gate overlays, standardize the tab band, and polish fleet/snapshots (#1504)
* fix: address review feedback on motion, fleet band, and snapshots - Reduced motion now also skips the animate-ui overlay open/close animations (dialog, sheet, popover, dropdown-menu) via a shared useReducedTransition that zeroes the transition when reduced motion is active; MotionConfig alone only neutralized transform/layout, leaving the opacity/blur fade. - Fleet tab band: flatten the list's own pill band so the tabs sit in a single full-width band instead of a nested second band. - Fleet Overview: label the node-update button "Node Update"; the add-node button becomes a ChartNetwork icon that opens Settings > Nodes (outline style, matching the node-update button) instead of the add-node modal. - Blueprint deployments empty state: drive the serif headings from the theme heading-style token so Calm drops the italic. - Snapshots: move the per-stack Restore onto the stack header row (right side), matching the ghost action style. * feat: standardize the tab band on Security and add a tab hover state - Apply the Fleet full-width tab band to the Security page (single band, the list's pill background flattened so the tabs sit directly in it). - Add a hover highlight to tabs so the band reads as interactive, not flat; the active tab is unaffected. * fix: drive reduced-motion transitions from the app setting, not the OS query useReducedTransition called framer-motion's useReducedMotion(), which only reflects the OS prefers-reduced-motion media query and ignores our MotionConfig / appearance toggle, so dialogs kept animating with the setting on. Read the app's useReducedMotion selector instead. Verified: with the setting on, the dialog opacity snaps 0->1 in one frame; with it off, it ramps over the spring. * feat: standardize stack-detail body text to text-xs and add a log expand toggle - Bump the anatomy panel body text (rows, field values, warnings) and the structured log lines from 10/11/12px to text-xs (12px), leaving the uppercase kicker labels and the log level/source badges as-is. - Add an expand control next to the log download button that collapses the Command Center so the logs pane fills the left column; toggles back to restore. |

feat: show container name in structured log output (#1452)
* feat: show container name in structured log output Prepend a normalized container name prefix to each line in ComposeService.streamLogs() so both the structured log viewer and the raw terminal identify which container produced each entry. - Backend: prepend displayName (normalized via normalizeContainerName) before LogFormatter.process() in sendOutput and flushBuffer. - LogFormatter: refactor process() to handle both prefix-first and timestamp-first input orders via a while-loop; widen PREFIX_REGEX to accept dotted service names. - Frontend: add containerName to LogRow, extract prefix in parseLine, render as an inline mono chip in the message column, and include the name in downloaded logs (omitting the bracket prefix when null). - Tests: 14 new tests across log-formatter, compose-service streamLogs, and StructuredLogViewer chip rendering + download formatting. * fix: guard LogFormatter loop to at most one prefix and one timestamp The while-loop refactored for order-agnostic prefix/timestamp parsing could continue matching beyond the intended single prefix and timestamp. A log line like "redis | 2024-...Z api | started" would falsely colorize "api |" as a second container prefix in raw terminal output. Add prefixFound/timestampFound boolean guards so the loop stops after one prefix and one timestamp, regardless of input order. * feat: per-service color alternation for log container chips Add an Appearance setting that lets users switch between unified cyan and per-service label-token colors for the container name chips in the structured log viewer. - Extract HUE_VARS and hashLabel() from NodeLabelPill into a shared utility at frontend/src/lib/label-colors.ts. - Add useLogChipColorMode hook (browser-local localStorage, sencho.log-chip-color-mode key, unified by default). - Add SegmentedControl in Settings > Appearance > Display. - Apply inline label-token styles via style attribute in per-service mode; keep current text-brand/80 bg-brand/10 classes in unified mode. - 14 new tests across label-colors, hook, and viewer chip rendering. |

fix: clear structured log viewer rows on stack switch (#1448)
The structured log viewer accumulated log rows across stack switches because the useEffect cleanup closed the old WebSocket but never cleared the committed rows state. Reset rows, row IDs, and auto-follow at the top of the effect before connecting to the new stack. The level filter is intentionally preserved across switches. Closes #1444 |

feat(stack-logs): WebSocket reconnect with backoff and gap sentinel (#1197)
The structured log viewer opened its WebSocket once and never tried to recover. When the remote node dropped the tunnel mid-tail or the central restarted, log output went silent with no indicator. The 10k row buffer kept prior content on screen, so the silence looked like the stack had just stopped producing logs. Adds exponential-backoff reconnect (1s, 2s, 4s, 8s, 16s, cap 30s) with a "reconnecting..." banner replacing the green "following" pip while the socket is down. Backoff resets to the first delay after every successful re-open. docker logs -f has no resumable offset, so on successful reconnect the viewer drops a synthetic warning sentinel into the row stream: --- reconnected; older lines may be missing --- The sentinel renders at 70% opacity to distinguish it from container output. Operators see at a glance that there was a gap. The closedByCleanup flag prevents the reconnect loop from racing the effect cleanup path: when the component unmounts or stackName changes, the flag is set BEFORE ws.close() so the onclose handler short-circuits instead of scheduling another reconnect. Resolves M-1 from the stack-management audit. |

fix(logs): drop millisecond suffix from log timestamp display (#769)
The log viewer's per-line timestamp now renders HH:mm:ss again. The HH:mm:ss.SSS variant was busier than the actual log content needed and made the column harder to scan at a glance. The underlying ISO timestamp from docker logs -t is still preserved on each row, so download / copy still carries the original precision. The rAF-based flush from the same area stays in place; that is what makes lines feel real-time, not the timestamp width. |

fix(frontend): stream log lines on next paint and show ms-precision timestamps (#764)
Two compounding issues made logs feel laggy and timestamps look duplicated: 1. State updates were batched in a 250ms setInterval, so a burst of lines all rendered together every quarter second. Replace with a requestAnimationFrame scheduler: lines flush on the next paint (~16ms at 60Hz) while still collapsing a single burst into one React commit. Cleanup uses cancelAnimationFrame. 2. The timestamp formatter rendered HH:mm:ss only, dropping the sub-second precision that docker logs -t already emits. Two lines logged within the same second appeared identically. Render HH:mm:ss.SSS so successive lines remain visually distinct. |

feat(stack-view): per-container health strip and structured logs viewer (#689)
* feat(stack-view): per-container health strip and structured logs viewer Replaces the flat container list with a per-container health strip showing healthcheck state, uptime, port mapping with an open-app link, and live cpu/memory/network sparklines fed by a 60-sample ring buffer on the stats WebSocket. Adds a structured logs viewer that parses docker timestamps (emitted by the -t flag on the logs stream) and classifies each line by level. Rows render as a DOM grid with filter pills (all / info / warn / err with count), following indicator, and plain-text download. A segmented toggle switches between the structured viewer and the original xterm view; the choice is persisted in localStorage. * fix(stack-view): disable no-control-regex for ANSI escape pattern ANSI escape sequences start with ESC (0x1B), which is a control character. The regex is intentional and cannot be rewritten without it. |
