The Dependabot bump to TypeScript 7.0.2 crashes ESLint with `Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'Cjs')`. Retain the other all-npm-frontend updates (lucide-react, eslint, typescript-eslint, vite) and pin typescript back to ^6.0.3.
