* fix(ecstore): prevent deleted bucket recreation

* fix(ecstore): reject empty metadata bucket names

* fix(ecstore): avoid recursive bucket metadata lookup

* fix(ecstore): bound lazy metadata future stack use

* test(ecstore): create bucket before metadata reload
