Sebastian Poxhofer d706bb2e25 refactor(datasource): derive the lookup config types from each other (#46107) ...

`GetReleasesConfig`, `GetPkgReleasesConfig`, `GetDigestInputConfig` and
`DigestConfig` re-declared the same fields independently and the registry
glued two of them with an internal intersection, spreading the whole lookup
config into every `getReleases()` call. Introduce `RegistryUrlsConfig` for
the registry URL inputs, extend the per-registry types into the index-level
ones, and pass datasources an explicit projection so implementations cannot
depend on undeclared fields.
