Sebastian Poxhofer 16474da0e5 refactor(changelog): share the Gitea changelog source with Forgejo (#46096) ...

The Forgejo changelog module and ChangeLogSource were rename-copies of the Gitea ones. createChangelogApi() builds getReleaseNotesMd() and getReleaseList() for a given Http client, and ForgejoChangeLogSource extends GiteaChangeLogSource.
