Sebastian Poxhofer 0a9d15fdc6 refactor(presets): share the Gitea preset source with Forgejo (#46097) ...

The Forgejo preset source was a copy of the Gitea one. createPresetSource() builds fetchJSONFile(), getPresetFromEndpoint() and getPreset() for a given Http client and default endpoint; both modules bind it to their own.
