pulse-triage[bot] f331ab4fe1 Route general incident help through bounded log readers 
The general help checklist bypassed the deadline and failure-handling recipes already on the same page. Link that existing path without requiring a request ID or repeated action, and exercise its actual copied readers.

Contract-Neutral: Documentation and regression checks only; no runtime, API, setting, or service-lifecycle change.
