The accepted beta.2 packet uses the earlier explicit cumulative introduction, while the new upstream general helper recognises the metadata tools standard introduction. Keep that historical packet on its strict existing stable-base introduction and heading checks; later numbered packets use the new incremental-or-cumulative helper. All remaining packet/signing/mobile checks remain shared and unchanged.
