- Removed Global Alert Thresholds card for better consistency
- Added individual system alert rule cards (CPU, Memory, Disk, Down) with edit buttons
- Each system alert now has its own toggle and edit functionality matching custom alerts
- Added editSystemAlert modal with threshold configuration
- System alerts now follow the same interaction pattern as custom alerts
- Improved UI consistency across alert management interface
