A Type=simple start may return before exec. Read and hash the managed PID only after the served health/version pass; retain strict active/inactive process readback rather than accepting a launch race.

Contract-Neutral: Native receipt identity and safety contracts are unchanged; this orders the existing readiness and executable observations and rejects inactive residual processes.
