pulse-triage[bot] d1c93855ff Clarify legacy monitoring credentials and separate runner recovery help 
Use the supplied Doctor wording to separate collector privilege, credential scope and runner posture. Preserve both supported command paths and working monitoring; make profile choice deliberate rather than a connection diagnostic.

Contract-Neutral: Documentation and rendered-guide checks only; no command authority, credential issuance, admission, dispatch or recovery contract changes.
