The broader installer race/vet VM attempt reached readiness but returned no command verdict at its observation deadline. Keep the same consent cases in the normal installer suite and make their committed file standalone, with only standard-library imports and the actual shell gate. This enables proportionate exact-source Bash regression proof without building unrelated application dependencies; the broader failed attempt remains retained.
