Replace blanket cookie clearing and hash escaping with source-specific, non-destructive guidance. Keep local lockout, SSO, browser sessions, API scopes and CSRF distinct, and link the existing private recovery recipes. Add six documentation/source-consistency checks and keep the served guide identical.

Contract-Neutral: Documentation and text/source-consistency tests only; existing authentication, permissions, cookies, lockout and request behaviour are unchanged.
