pulse-triage[bot] bd38f26a50 Compare evaluation fixture command arguments without IFS joining 
The sourced installer deliberately uses newline/tab IFS. Assert the three Docker arguments separately rather than joining them with the installer's separator. Runtime source and refusal bounds remain unchanged.

Contract-Neutral: Test-only argument-vector assertion repair; no runtime or operator contract changes.
