The agent-lifecycle and storage-recovery contracts now state that
registration, unregistration, node change and discovery events stay
with the organization that owns them. The tenant delivery tests move
into the proof files the canonical completion guard names for those
paths, and a route-level test covers the test-notification route's
authorization, method, payload and tenant delivery.
