Keep connected metadata controls independent of tag ordering

Canonical ordering is already exercised by the repeated map and quiet rebuild controls. Let the connected replace/add/remove/clear/restore and tenant-isolation test independently establish that real metadata still propagates on both parent and repaired adapters, rather than making this healthy control fail solely for the known parent ordering defect.
