PR #2456 run 37179468966 failed TestNodeToolchainParity because the new workflow selected a patch version instead of the existing governed Node 24 line. Match the other workflows and add a focused trust regression without weakening the parity contract.

Contract-Neutral: Correct a workflow toolchain selector to the existing repository contract; no application, permission or release gate changes.
