Complete composed smoke validation reported 8.352 seconds against the unchanged eight-second synthetic aggregation limit. MagicMock retains 120,000 call records inside that timed region. Use a constant-space counting closure with the real parser, preserving the dataset, parse-count invariant, correctness assertions and time budget. Production telemetry code is unchanged.
