The compound worktree commands still assume pulse/v6 and reserve a lease in the source checkout that Git does not transfer to the new worktree. They also use a second claim implementation with different renewal and expiry rules. No callers remain outside their entrypoints, docs and tests. Use ordinary Git tools under the current branch policy and the supported work_claim command in the checkout where the slice runs. Remove the legacy workflow, its private claim engine and their obsolete advertisements.
