Use a counted-NUL shell logger double instead of starting Python for every installer line. Keep production log(), complete pipe draining, all eight first/later/final-error recovery cases and the existing 45-second bound. Require exact argument-frame and failure-sequence controls in the Go acceptance wrapper.
