Resolve the fixed remote authorized_keys symlink before staging an atomic target replacement. Fail closed on unresolved, non-file, filtering, metadata and replacement errors, and leave already-clean shared keys untouched.

Execute the actual transmitted POSIX payload against closed regular-file and shared-link fixtures, with unrelated recovery-key and failure-preservation checks. Exercise its failure through validated cluster discovery into main without live SSH or customer operations.
