Use one complete-metadata selector for installer URLs and server archives. Exclude chart and draft releases, reject unusable metadata and transport bodies, and preserve explicit pins, signed assets and downgrade refusal. Exercise the actual selectors with bounded offline controls and retain native installation as separate acceptance.
