Exact PR2576 backend and four Unix native jobs reject the stale DELETE negative control after reviewed RBAC guidance deliberately added DELETE support. Use unsupported PATCH instead, preserving the fail-before-curl assertion and all runtime and documented request behavior.

Contract-Neutral: Correct a copied-guidance test input only; no guide, mirror, runtime, authentication, permission, transport, deadline or dependency changes.
