Bring the existing contribution guide and shipped copy in line with live diagnostic behaviour and safe intake: reuse displayed results, defer checks during backup or host incidents, review every public attachment and accept passive or unavailable performance evidence. Four discovered guidance tests protect these distinctions; no runtime or new surface changes.

Contract-Neutral: Existing reporting guidance and its tests only; diagnostic runtime, issue form fields, label automation and release contracts are unchanged.
