The exact-head hosted startup check reaches Docker exec with readback taken from CombinedOutput. Separate stdout from successful stderr warnings for identities, endpoints, mount hashes, bootstrap facts and cleanup, while retaining warnings and both failed-command streams. Add real-child-process controls and the matching deployment acceptance contract; hosted Compose acceptance remains required.
