pulse-triage[bot] 32db234756 Share source-aware race build objects with backend CI 
The compile gate and dependent shards were all restoring the same immutable
setup-go module cache; successful source compilation never refreshed it. Save
the gate's Go build objects under a source key and restore them before the
existing required test commands. Graph/toolchain-scoped fallback and optional
cache transport preserve ordinary cold builds, race execution and fail-closed
admission.

Contract-Neutral: CI build-object caching only; source selection, compilation admission, required test inventories and commands, frontend security audit and application contracts are unchanged.
