Explain accepted keys, missing Pro runtimes and unavailable plan reads without clearing licences, replacing private images or repeating checkout. Link the shipped FAQ to scoped recovery and retain credentials, configuration and service identity.

Contract-Neutral: Documentation and safety regression checks only; existing licence, runtime and account boundaries are unchanged.
