pulse-triage[bot] 7b370c7db9 Make PBS History diagnostics recognise batched responses 
The existing drawer fetches all metrics without a metric query field. Explain metrics-object and single-metric points responses so readers do not wait for an absent CPU request or mistake missing CPU and measured zero for the same result.

Contract-Neutral: Clarify existing History diagnostics and protect mirrored documentation; no runtime, API, identity, access, retention or response-shape change.
