rcourtman 25dc55335d Merge origin/main into fix/mock-view-manual-links ...

Resolve agent-lifecycle.md by keeping both sides (additive notes), and
bring the unified-resources notes in line with #2725 and #2739: unlink now
reaches the mock view through ManualLinks, and broadcast presentation
coalescing honours exclusions for store-less views.
