pulse-triage[bot] 237c72afc9 Explain guest IP selection without changing working networks 
Separate selected guest addresses from default-route and reachability evidence. Point API-only LXC users to existing interface/address context, without asking them to alter bridges, install agents or expose network identities.

Contract-Neutral: Documentation and static assertions only; no guest collection, identity, routing, API or frontend runtime contract changes.
