Recorded run 38566953125 at 86a244bc stops on an HTTP 404 but reports only api -H Accept because the adapter truncates its argv before the endpoint. Preserve a bounded managed-resource path in API failure diagnostics, without query filters. Keep the same requests, credential selection, error classes, retry policy and fail-closed decisions. Add exact failed-read and no-mutation regressions.

Contract-Neutral: Failure diagnostics only; no admission, identity, credential, retry, mutation or release contract delta.
