Replace line-oriented release admission with object-bound JSON maturity checks. Refuse missing flags, mixed sibling fields, incomplete payloads and redirect-only discovery; bound both API reads without ambient curl configuration. Preserve highest-stable selection, confirmed latest fallback and all existing installation/rollback gates.
