rcourtman f2a0e176a4 fix: respect PORT environment variable for server configuration
- Server now reads PORT from environment variable instead of hardcoded 7655
- Falls back to default port 7655 if PORT env var is not set
- Startup log now indicates whether port came from env var or default
- Fixes issue #162 where Docker PORT env var was ignored
