rcourtman 1225ea8df1 fix: respect user-defined URLs without forcing default ports ...

- Only append port 8006/8007 when host is a plain hostname
- When host includes protocol (https://), don't append default port
- Allows nginx reverse proxy setups with subdomains to work correctly
- Fixes issue #125 where remote servers using DNS subdomains broke after v3.20
