pulse-triage[bot] 0c1ea7e71b Distinguish Docker image storage from retained Pulse data (#3535) 
Explain compressed downloads, shared image layers, container writes and
mounted data before operators compare sizes. Keep the existing read-only
identity check and rollback data; add no new diagnostic or cleanup
command.

Contract-Neutral: Documentation and its safety assertions only; no
runtime, storage or Docker lifecycle contract changes.
