Install the default monitor's snapshot callback after both platform pollers exist. Settings already observes their runtime owners; alert checks must not retain startup's nil pointers. Exercise actual saved connections, loopback failures, ledger, monitor confirmation ticks, disable and ordinary scheduled inventory recovery without changing policy or adding a surface.
Contract-Neutral: Restore existing connection-alert wiring; no route, payload, authentication, persistence or detector-policy changes.
