pulse-triage[bot] 296b128254 Interpret byte-throughput benchmark changes in the right direction 
SetBytes benchmarks report B/s beside time and allocation costs. Treat lower byte throughput as adverse, retain lower-is-better cost metrics, and include each finding's unit so scaled values are not ambiguous. Keep the significance, sample and magnitude gates unchanged.

Contract-Neutral: CI benchmark verdict parsing and registered regression controls only; no product runtime or subsystem contract change.
