fix(pbs): Use correct colon separator for PBS API token auth

This resolves authentication issues (401/403 errors) when connecting to Proxmox Backup Server instances by using the correct colon separator (:) instead of an equals sign (=) between the token ID and secret in the Authorization header, as required by the PBS API.
Also bumps version to 3.1.5.
