Record the browser pass for the merged Patrol lifecycle card

Merging main brought the suppression-end labels that follow the review
state into PatrolAttentionWorkbench.tsx, next to this branch's
relative-time clock for the acknowledgement age. Neither commit's
receipt covers the combined file, so this records the browser pass on
the merged tree.
