fix: resolve compilation error and webhook issues

- Fixed undefined 'alert' variable in sendWebhookRequest function
- Dynamic ntfy headers are properly handled in sendWebhook where alert exists
- Cleared corrupted webhooks.enc file
- Webhook testing should now work without JSON parsing errors
