Drop installer NUL cases main does not implement

The ingress test came from a line whose installer also refused NUL bytes
in token files. Main's installer does not, so those cases failed on
every runner. The remaining cases cover what this branch fixes: both
token options read through the real installer and token reader.

Contract-Neutral: test scope correction for the portability fix; no contract change
